Guys please be careful: I would not recommend this apartment. First, the location is misleading. The property is advertised as being in the city centre, but it is not. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest bus stop and then another 15 minutes by bus to reach the city centre. The biggest issue was what happened after I took a shower. When I came out of the bathroom, the apartment was flooded with water. I immediately contacted the owners, expecting help and support. Instead, they blamed me for the incident as if it was my fault. I have photos and evidence documenting everything that happened. The way the situation was handled made me feel very uncomfortable and disappointed. Rather than taking responsibility and helping solve the problem, the owners chose to accuse the guest. I understand that many travelers are looking to save money, but my advice is simple: skip this place. There are better options available that will give you a much better experience and peace of mind.

Администратор дружелюбный и вежливый. Общался со мной на двух языках. В номере большая кровать, есть кондиционер.

В комнате была плесень. Очень неудобно, что туалет и душ на этаже, а не в комнате. Белье было чистое, но изношенное. Слышимость сильная(слышала соседей, хотя они не шумели, а спокойно разговаривали). Расположение крайне неудобное, если добираться общественным транспортом.

The listing was misleading because it was not clearly stated on Booking.com that the bathrooms were shared. We specifically booked expecting a private bathroom. When we realized the bathrooms were shared, we requested a refund, but the property refused to return our money. This information should be displayed much more clearly to avoid confusion for future guests.
