I did not like anything. I would rather say the facility down graded a lot. First of all, you were not available telephonically. When I arrived at the establishment, the guy at reception did not give a satisfying reply regarding the telephone. The room was ready for one person, leaving us with 1 small cup, two pillows only on the bed, and 1 body towel only. The Television did not even have a volume, of which it seems the account is not up to date. There was no one available to attend to our complaints. Management must train the staff on service delivery, especially for short stay guests. It seems like the facility is only concentrating on long stay guests. Pest control would also be a good benefit for your property.

There wasn't any breakfast but it was an amazing experience. I loved that there was a TV. The bed was comfortable. The Wifi connection was excellent and the AC availability.

There wasn't breakfast. There wasn't atleast 2 coffee cups for 2 guests, as well as towels.

There was a lot of noise from other rooms. The door of our room was not locking, there was no privacy
