I liked the area.

The lady that showed me my room was very unpleasant nor friendly.. We had to call for the gate to be opened and when she answered the call, she was very unprofessional.

Aircon in the rooms

The bed in room 8 was so uncomfortable, we could hardly sleep. The area around the pool was not cleaned with garbage bags were left there. Some of the seats were broken.

The area was ok. Quiet

There was no clear indication where the entrance was. There is 2. 1st went to the one side ,stood at There gate and hooted. No one responded.went to the other side . No bell. Hooted. Stood for a while before the gate was opened. It was pouring with rain. Had to get out in a muddy area. No paving. Got to the room there was 1cup and saucer,1 glass, no eating utensils or plates. No xtra plug. The microwave stands on top of the fridge and if you want to boil the kettle you have to put it on top of the microwave. The bathroom not very nice. The blinds are broken. Needs to be painted. Only 1 towel.Only when we asked did we get an xtra towel, cup and glass. When you step out of the room you step straight into a puddle of water. The decor a bit outdated. Needs an upgrade..The staff not very welcoming
