I liked the fact the receptionist will go out of her way to make feel at home and she is very friendly and helpful and the place near the mall actually near everything

There was nothing to dislike

The way they welcomed us......... it was amassing, loving staff members.

nothing so far,,,,,,all seems to be well.

Our neighbours next to room 8 were making noise from 2am till morning we could not sleep. That was not nice at all as we had an early morning ourselves and really needed a good night sleep. The Gate jammed for a while in the morning when we were about to leave but luckily the lovely lady on duty helped and the matter eventually got resolved but it was very stressful.

The walls needs painting The furniture is very outdated. Beds very old and not comfortable Security not to my satisfaction They.need to look at the curtaining. Maybe put a lace curtain as the doors open facing the street.

I will really appreciate if we get plugs to charge phone if you don't have adaptor
