I book hotel same day early morning but I need come from Batumi . Property contract me ask what time I’ll arrive and I tell them in 2+ hours ! And we arrive from 3 h driving by mini bus to Kutaisi tired 5:50 pm and room wasn’t ready . She started cleaning when I get there and tell me it’s your fault you tell me you be here 7 pm . I tell her I didn’t ! She was showing me different conversation with different costumer. And we waited 30-40 min to clean it … finally we get the room . Inside the bathroom was smelled always piss smell I wonder why ? Anyway we check out 12 ! So if you want stay in future in here you should contact and tell them “ I need my room be ready in 1pm or 2 pm “ that’s what she tell me . She said you didn’t tell me you immediately you need room to rest 🤦🏻‍♀️! So ..

It was very nice .a place to relax .we slept peacefully . It is one and a half kilometres from the centre. The room had everything we needed and the bathroom was clean. We were generally satisfied.
