The location was ideal. It’s right by the river and within walking proximity of the city center. It’s perfect for long stays as it has all the necessities. Aunt Bab is a lovely woman.

Shower took long to heat.

The central location of the apartment is amazing! The location itself is run by a very nice family, willing to help. For instance, I realized that breakfast would be good to have before the long trip. It was a very delicious breakfast the next morning for a very decent price in relation to the quality!

At times the fridge and heater in the room made noises that kept me awake. It was not something that I expected. However, that is only a small thing compared to how good the stay itself was. Just to mention it for light sleepers :). Apart from that no downsides noticed.

The room is very clean and the owner Ms. Nana is very hospitable she even booked us a taxi going to the airport which saves a money and time. We will surely come back and stay to their location. 😊😊

The place was really central and we liked it being rustik. Whe had messed up the dates, but the owner was very kind to find a quick solution.

The situation. Everything worked in the apartment

The bed was uncomfortable, the stale smell , unstylish equipments, not professional technical solutions. Despite the promised daily cleaning, there was no cleaning during the ten days. There was no towel change and we got only one roll of toilet paper for ten days.

The property is located extremely well in the heart of Kutaisi next to the Rioni river. Everything is near within 10 minutes walk, grocery stores, restaurants etc. Amazing to hear the river flow and enjoy the beautiful porch full of plants and flowers. The apartment is very comfortable and clean and decorated with love. Especially the host is amazing. She is so kind and helpful, she welcomed us like family. If you want a great stay for a good price at a central location in Kutaisi, this the place you’re looking for. 😊
