It was accessible for a family function. The place was quiet with a beautiful country view. We were warmly greeted by the hosts and welcomed. The facilities were great, spacious and a comfortable bed

Beautiful quite location a midst farms and wonderful garden . Great location close to Christchurch, the airport, Lincoln 5 minutes away. Great place to get away from the rush of big cities

"It’s a pleasant and exclusive stay with minimal hassle."

Quiet and has beautiful garden. Can see the sheep just over the wire fence. Good space for parking. Not far from Lincoln Town. The host kindly allowed us to check in one hour earlier and took us to the room and brief instructions. Spacious room and bed. The kitchen has all the basic stuff, very thoughtful.

No cooking facilities.

The suite was well presented and the views are outstanding. The place is extremely quiet and relaxing.David is a very friendly and welcoming host...definitely stay again

"There for a rugby tournament, was so peaceful and comfortable."
