Ich bin dort angekommen und trotz Reservierung gab es kein Zimmer für mich. Ich habe gefragt, ob sie mir helfen könnten, ein anderes Zimmer woanders zu bekommen, aber das hatte die Dame abgelehnt. Das war für mich total unverständlich. Fehler können passieren, aber dem Gast nach so etwas nicht helfen zu wollen, ist wirklich unter aller Sau.
