시설, 환경은 깔끔하고 좋습니다.

캐빈룸에 배정 받고 들어가보니, 매트리스커버, 이불커버, 베개커버를 먼저 사용자가 사용한 것을 그대로 방치, 새것으로 교환이 안되어 있었습니다. 이불을 들쳐보니 매트리스커버에 이물질이 여기저기 떨어져 있어 많이 불쾌했습니다 스탭분들이 다 퇴근하고 없어 컴플레인도 못 하고 찝찝한 기분으로 잤습니다. 실수인지 모르겠지만 개선이 필요하다고 생각됩니다.

"駅から少し遠いが、行きたかった場所には近くて、スーパーも近くにあり、快適だった。"
