It was the worst experience in my life. I did not stay because it was a false advertisement. I tried to complain booking.com it was of no help. They took money from me. THIS PLACE AND THIS WEBSITE IS THE WORST!

The location and room was as shown in the pictures, staff was very polite and helping, view from the hotel is amazing. a must stay if you are visiting Manali, had a relaxed stay, thank you for the pleasant stay.
