great location, lovely room with balcony that looks out onto a courtyard.It had all the mod cons, but also a historical feel to the b&b.

the stairs up to the room were very steep

"Superb"

First, the room was beyond great! The bed, the bathroom, the design, the equipment, everything was perfect! The location was also great, nearby everything that has to be seen in Cagliari walking. The connected TV, the kettle, the coffee... Definitely a cosy and pretty place to stay in Cagliari! I did not meet the owner but communication was really easy by whatsapp.

Some mugs and cups for the tea and fresh bottles of water would have been great.
