We had a very comfortable stay! The room was clean and nicely decorated with a cute, cozy touch. The staff were absolutely amazing and deserve all the praise. Super kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. We were greeted by a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary, which was such a sweet gesture and on the first morning we spent there, we were late for breakfast by 10 minutes and they were so nice as to prepare eggs and coffee for us still. This kind of hospitality is difficult to find and immensely appreciated! The location of the hotel is fantastic, right on the beach, with a parking lot conveniently next door.

Only very minor inconveniences. The bathroom was quite small, and the door didn’t stay open, so we had to prop it open with the bin. It also rained heavily that weekend, and since the corridor outside the room is an exterior one, a bit of water came into the room and the mat outside was very wet.

We liked the feel of Filanthi, its history and authenticity. Also the location, visually pleasing comfort of our room, and the view.

Nothing not to like about Filanthi.

A bit pricy for the time of the year… breakfast, a little desorganised especially if bad weather
