The rooms were comfortable and clean. Free parking as promised, the beach was a few meters away.

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. Self service, which is ok, but there were only sweets available - packed croissants, sweet bread, marmalade, nutella etc. if someone is diabetic or gluten intolerant, there is nothing to eat. We ended up going to the store and bought our own breakfasts during our stay.

Small amount of sewage smell in bathroom.

The property is in a perfect location. The beach is near, it's in the other side of the road, just for a few steps ahead. I was on the off season there, but there were a lot of free parking lots. There are many restaurants in the near. For a few minutes walk you can reach the Castle of Milazzo. You have a beautiful panoramic view from there. You can see all two shore of the peninsula. The night life is excellent in Milazzo, after dark, the streets will be fulfilling with people. In the kitchen of the property you can use a coffee machine, a water boiler, microwave owen and a fridgerator. These are shared with the other travellers. There are private bathroom and toilet for the rooms. The toilet was tinier than I use at home, but there was no problem with that. The breakfast actually consists of hot drinks (coffee and tea) and pastries, but the lemon pie was excellent :)

The rooms are poorly soundproofed between them. If there are other travelers you will hear their conversations and departures and arrivals in their room No double glazing on the windows
