"Exceptional"

The beds were comfortable and with a net. The fan was powerful. There was a fridge in the room and you can cook in the common area. There was soap and toilet paper. Everything looked clean. The ladys there were all really nice and helpful

Wifi a bit weak but they fixed it when we asked

"not expensive and very clean guesthouse"

My expectations were met, everything was as described. Large room, comfortable bed, working fan. The place is very quiet, 7-10 minutes to the beach, many shops and cafes nearby. The owners are friendly and hospitable people.

"Budget accommodation with good value for money"

We traveled as a family with two big children. Quadruple room with fan and two double beds with comfortable mattresses and clean sheets and blankets. Mosquito net. Old bathroom but it does its job and was clean. Inside the room there is a new large fridge and an electric kettle. Outside the room there is a table and kitchen for guests to use. The price-quality ratio is very good. The lady was very kind and every day she woke us up with something delicious to eat even though we did not have breakfast included.

When wifi worked it did very well, but most of the time it didn't work.

"A special place to stay with very kind owners."

We had such a nice stay here. The family who own it are incredibly kind and helpful! We can definitely recommend the 3 person room upstairs. There is a large balcony with a kitchen area and a view over the roofs, with trees all around. It feels very private on the balcony. There is also a big fridge so it’s easy to keep lots of food and cook here. It is in the slightly quieter part of Mirissa centre, so an easy walk to the beaches, shops and restaurants. We decided to stay for 6 weeks because we liked it so much! There is WiFi and the dialog 4G connection is very good here (I easily worked using this). The family were so kind to us throughout our stay, they shared some Sri Lankan treats with us and made us a lovely curry on our last evening! We will miss them very much and hope we can come back again!
