"A memorable stay in a lovely location"

Everything about our 8 night stay here was fabulous. Lalanika, the host, is a very kind, helpful, hospitable and all around lovely person. Her traditional Sri Lankan breakfasts are amazing and varied. The rooms and guest areas are clean. You cannot beat the value. Lagos is a short walk to the beach but far enough away to get some quiet from nights when there are beach parties. We had a wonderful family stay with our 2 teenage sons. We would happily return.

it’s unbelievable clean! they are the most sweetest thing in the world! they make everything for you to be happy! amazing breakfast! 5 steps from the beach! it’s perfect! they have the most beautiful family and kids! but it’s super fine because the kids are use to respect the space and noise so it’s a perfect balance!

"Lovely family guesthouse"

Lovely family, really good breakfast. We also got offered lunch which was also delicious. The bed was comfortable and we slept well considering how hot it was outside.

A chair in the room would have been nice. There was 2 tables which were not needed. A small table and chair would be better. There was also a kettle but no cups or tea/coffee. A mop for the bathroom floor would be handy too for cleaning after shower.

It was a fantastic & authentic experience staying at Lagos; as this very friendly and welcoming family offers a uniquely personalised experience! A great location and very clean room - the Lagos is located in a quite & calm spot, so it’s great for sleeping, while still only a 2 min walk away from the main beach and key surf location. The daily breakfasts are unbelievably good - some of the best food I had while in Sri Lanka! So fresh & tasty!! I highly recommend staying here - a must for wonderful family hospitality!
