Good Trip Hostel & Bar

The beds were comfortable, clean, and very cute! The whole hostel has a very nice vibe, with a faint smell of warm dry wood which enhances the experience. You can hear the sound of the ocean waves from your bed, and are a quick walk past the Odawara Castle to the Odawara train station. The bar is well stocked and also a nice communal space. The host is lovely and runs a welcoming and warm environment.

The only thing I could think of to improve the experience would be if there were padlocks available to rent for the baggage lockers for those who may have forgotten to travel with a lock. This is not a deal-breaker at all, just something I thought about. But I'm the silly goose who doesn't travel with a lock, so that's on me! Truly lovely facility.

チェックイン時間に大幅に遅れてしまったのですが、非常に親切に対応してくれました。

特にありませんが、共用キッチンの備品は必要最低限なので、自炊はおすすめしません。

Upstairs was great, bathrooms, toilets and bedrooms were all clean and spotless. Cheerful host was very helpful.

The hostel was advertised as having a shared kitchen and dining room. There wasn't any. The washing machine didn't work.
