Good location, late check-in available, clear instructions how to do self check in

During the morning of our stay (~about 9 am) there was a person sleeping on a couch in the common area. It was not clear weather it was staff or one of the guests. Felt a bit uncomfortable to have breakfast there.

メールを前もっていただきましたが、ファイルを開けることができずエントリー入力の場所が分からなかった為スタッフに電話しましたが、「前もって送ったメールは見ていないのですか？」と。見たけど分からないから電話してるのに，この言い方はないです。個人情報入力も途中だったようで、それもどのように入力にして良いか聞きました、分からないので電話で伝えるのではいけないか？と聞いても入力しろ！と。臨機応変にできない電話スタッフに客との話し方等，教育して下さい。お得感はありましたが、スタッフの対応まで教育していないから安いのですね。もうこのようなゲストハウスは利用しません。

La cama era bastante cómoda y estaba muy bien equipado. Había de todo para cocinar, ducha, etc.

La zona del baño y de la ducha hacía bastante frío, las ventanas estaban abiertas. Nos tocó la segunda noche una familia al lado un poco ruidosa pero nada crítico.

Practical location, not far from the train station and 5 minutes from the castle. The price is very fair for what you get.

Quite complicated and long self-check-in process, before arriving, at arrival, and after arrival, simplifying this would be great. Also, not a surprise, but the shared spaces felt more like being in a student shared apartment than anything, with people leaving dirty dishes and stuff around, arriving late at night, etc. Nothing the host can control, but something you should be aware of if staying here.

Online Check-In etwas aufwändig, Aufenthaltsraum war noch nicht geheizt

Posizione ottima vicino al castello e al centro, camera spaziosa e pulita. Ambienti comuni ben organizzati, anche se il bagno è uno solo... Comunque ci sono solo 4 camere, quindi il problema non si pone così facilmente. Lo staff è molto attento e disponibile, sempre contattabile

The facilities were very clean and the rooms were large. The common room had games and space for the kids to relax.

No complaints. The property was awesome. It would be good to have a few more knives to spread jam, butter etc on toast.
