location. The place was clean, comfy beds but excellent location. It was close to shops, beach and entertainments. Even if they don't provide food, you can just walk around and eat somewhere else, this way you'll be able to explore different places to eat.

one of the staff tell me no washing allowed. when outside your room door is a clothes line. When I explore the area, I was ask what I was looking for. I said was looking to hang some washing that is expose to the sun so my bathers get dry quickly. I was told that no washing was allowed on the area. Just because the place accepts paid laundry, no can tell you that you are not allowed to do washing. the reason I rated the staff as fair because the rest were friendly. Although the reception is always unmanned, always saw someone waiting to be served even if they rang the bell.

Personalet var sjældent at finde i lobbyen Sengen var hård Toilettet var meget småt og der var kakelakker og frøer på gulvet Toilettet havde svært ved at skylle ud Meget lytte værelser… Læg ikke genstande på sengen, hvis der kommer rengørning, min pung forsvandt og det tog lang tid at overbevise personalet om at tjekke vasketøjet… der lå den heldigvis. Det var svært at finde… der var ingen skilte… man skulle gå gennem en skummel gyde for at finde det…

Zentrale Lage nah am Alona Beach (Restaurants, Bars, Roller-Vermietung in der Nähe). Es wird ein Wäscheservice angeboten, den wir nicht genutzt haben. Auf Nachfrage kam schnell Klopapier geliefert. Vor den Zimmern gab es Wäscheleinen und Bügel zum Trocknen.

Der Eingang war schwer zu finden, da man durch einen engen Durchgang neben dem ATM gehen musste, wo oft ein Pop-Up-Store davor war. Keine Ausschilderung. Check-In sollte ab 14 Uhr möglich sein; dennoch mussten wir 45 Minuten noch warten, bis das Zimmer fertig war. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr dunkel trotz Fenster, das Bad sehr klein, quasi nur eine Dusche, die gleichzeitig das Waschbecken geduscht hat. Nur kaltes Wasser in der Dusche. Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten, kein Schrank. Das Zimmer war nicht besonders groß oder sauber, aber ok. Das Bettlaken hielt nicht gut, löste sich nachts beim Umdrehen stets. Wir hatten eine Kakerlake im Zimmer, das dürfte aber nicht ungewöhnlich sein. Für jeden gab es nur ein ziemlich kleines, dünnes Handtuch.
