It is simple accommodation without TV, kettle, ....Every basic is there, everything working, very clean, comfortable. We prefere this kind of private accommodation better than hotel chain. We even received towels what we have not expected. Soap and shamoo you need to have your own. Location is very good, near shops and the beach. Owner is customer oriented and help with any issue. He even changed us money (very good rate). We used his taxi company as well from the airport. He offers you his services, but let you decide and give you time to compare prices. He does it not pushy way what is so unusual for India and get you feeling of family helper. There is washing machine option.

I was worried as booking.com claiming money would be charged 2 weeks before accommodation and I was not charged so I was not sure if reservation was valid. Paymant is expected in cash upon arrival. No credit card option. Payment type is incorrect on booking.com.
