Nos ayudaron muy amablemente a conseguir en tour de las Islas Ballestas, lo cual considero un muy buen plus del hostal 😊 Además, muy dispuestos a ayudarnos en todas nuestras necesidades

Todo estuvo bien

La habitación super fresca y limpia ,el colchón muuuy cómodo!

Era davvero molto carina e il personale molto gentile.

Bien ubicado.

La habitación era literalmente un horno, muy encerrada para épocas de mucho calor.

Very cozy and the staff was very friendly. The room was nicer than I expected. Even the breakfast went beyond my expectations.

I would just upgrade the shower. Water pressure was not great.

La zona está muy cerca de todo.

Hacen fiestas todos los días al costado, incómodo no se puede dormir.

We stayed two nights and were bitten all over our bodies!!! After the first night, we noticed multiple bites at lunch but did not immediately realize they were from bed bugs. The second night, when we returned late, I saw three bed bugs crawling on our bedsheet around 1am, just before going to sleep. We also found others on the wall, behind the fabric headboard, and several hiding under the mattress. They clearly come out at night to eat your blood! Our room was a double one. The bed bugs looked exactly like the ones in the photos we are sharing: yellowish head and reddish body, clearly identifiable. There were other small insects in the room, but the ones that bit us were definitely bed bugs. We reported it immediately. The receptionist refused to come and inspect the room, even though the bed bugs were clearly visible at that moment, and simply moved us to another room. It was like he is used to that and prefer to ignore! The next day, we requested compensation and showed all the bites covering our bodies. It was not completely accepted. We were told it was “another insect”. But during the daytime bed bugs are no longer visible, they are just from 1/2pm when they go out to eat your blood! Because of this situation, they decided that we were no longer entitled to the transportation to Huacachina and told us we had to arrange it ourselves! This is not professional at all. Why not simply acknowledge the issue and resolve the situation amicably? We understand that incidents can happen, but there was a significant lack of honesty, which is truly disappointing. What is most disappointing is that our stay was removed from Booking, claiming we had never checked in!! Preventing us from posting a review there. That is extremely dishonest. If they do that for every bad reviews its normal that the have a graduation of 8, but its false 😱 Thank you booking for restablishing the truth now.

El lugar es cómodo, a pesar de estar cerca de la pista, está a una cuadra de la avenida y sigue estando cerca de todo igual. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, el baño privado también estaba bueno bonito, sábanas blancas, cómodo, aunque mi mamá tuvo un pequeño problema de closet pero se lo solucionaron de inmediato. El personal fue atento con todo, ahí mismo hacen tour pero igual por todos lados hay más agencias. Eso sí no se puede hacer grandes comidas pero si cosas sencillas. No es para quedarse una semana en Paracas pues los puedes conocer en 2 días o 3 y ya, yo fui por una semana con mi familia.

Estaría bueno que tuviera aire acondicionado en las piezas, solo tenía ventilador y teníamos que dormir con eso ahora en febrero pues hace mucha calor allá.
