Lokalizacja blisko centrum miasta. Wygodne i wyposażone. Jest kuchnia i kuchenka. Parking na podwórku. Jedyny mankament to zapach (grzyb), przynajmniej w naszym pokoju.

Poloha hotela je praktická.Personál ochotný. Strava (raňajky) veľmi dobré. Izba bola tichá. Jedáleň zodpovedala fotografiám.

Parkovisko bolo pomerne malé a kto príde neskôr, zrejme sa mu miesto ani neujde. Izba mala byť premium. Ale: Kúpeľňa bola riešená pomerne tesno. Na WC si vyšší človek môže pri sadaní na misu udrieť hlavu o stenu či zavadiť nohou o kefu trčiacu v ceste do sprchy. Sprchovací kút bol klzký a určite by si zaslúžil rohož. Dávkovač (asi najlacnejšieho tekutého) mydla fungoval ako rubikova kocka, nutná bola asistencia recepčnej. TV bez asistencie recepčnej nefungovala a bola umiestnená excentricky, z postele sa na obrazovku nedalo pozerať. Batéria v kuchynke bola uvoľnená, zle z nej tiekla voda a budila nedôveru. Žiarovky nefungovali vo všetkých lampách. Celkovo inventár pôsobil opotrebovane.
