È stata un’esperienza davvero eccellente. La struttura è accogliente, curata e molto pulita, perfetta per chi cerca tranquillità e comfort. Ma ciò che ci ha colpito più di tutto è stata la disponibilità e l’umanità dello staff: a causa di un problema grave in aeroporto abbiamo avuto un enorme ritardo e siamo arrivati in struttura di notte. Nonostante l’orario assurdo e l’imprevisto, ci hanno aspettato, pronti ad accoglierci e ad aprirci il cancello con una gentilezza che oggi è davvero rara da trovare. Dopo una giornata pesantissima, essere accolti così ci ha fatto sentire subito al sicuro e “a casa”. Un gesto che vale più di mille parole. Consigliatissimo sotto ogni punto di vista: per la struttura, per la pulizia e soprattutto per la professionalità e il cuore di chi lo gestisce. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
