I don't have any complaints. My situation might be different than most people booking since I was the only one there but I found the place very clean and nice. I really enjoyed my time there!

A little far from 中島公園station and not on a Jr route but this can be remedied by taking the loop tram that is cheaper and closer-just down the block for 200y. No fault of the guest house themselves.

It was clean, comfortable, had everything one needs

It wasn't exactly central, though not too far either, not a big deal but keep in mind, especially in winter
