Роберт приятный и заботливый хозяин. Готов ответить на все ваши вопросы и оказать посильную помощь. Мне Роберт сильно помог, когда потребовался ремонт арендованной машины. Что касается уровня комфорта проживания, то тут не всё идеально, но и стоимость соответствует. В общем, на 1-2 ночи остановиться можно.

They dont care about local bookings. after arriving there, owner robert says all accomadations full. so they changed their place and i payed double for new location. extremely bad experience as local

I had a confirmed reservation at Robert Inn Dambulla, and they even sent me a welcome message in advance. I also replied to their message, so there was clear communication. However, when I arrived at the property on the reserved date, they claimed they had no rooms available! Their excuse was that previous guests were still occupying the rooms, but that’s completely unacceptable. If they were unable to honor my reservation, they should have at least informed me in advance instead of letting me arrive at night with nowhere to stay. I was left stranded and had to find another place at the last minute, which was both stressful and frustrating. This level of mismanagement is totally unprofessional, and I strongly DO NOT recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable stay. 📌 If you need a guaranteed room, avoid this place!

Location is not good, it’s very hard to reach there specially in night. Very shady area and really really hard to reach. No street lights and you have to walk for a kilometre in dark
