The owner is so kind

- the owner is very opened and reaching person - the room itself is clean - I had a situation with other guests that was sorted out quickly by the owner

- for its money, it is a way not the best option in Debrecen. Too pricey for the conditions. - a small common bathroom with 4 Rooms, these are 8-12 people. I find it harsh. - my room was closer inside to it was kinda dark. - its renovation is from 2000. - no balcony, you go out of the stairwell for smoking from 3rd or something stage. - you should wait a bit for owner to come to the apartment. Maybe 20-30 minutes

Good location, Centre of town, easy to get public transportation

This was listed as an apartment however it was more of a shared accommodation. All the bedrooms opened from the shared living room and the bedrooms were the only private / not shared space. CCTV was set up in every communal area. The bathroom, living room and kitchen were all shared communal areas which not what is excepted of an apartment. No hand towel or paper towel or hand dryer was provided as well as no shower gel or soap for the shower. Only one body towel was supplied. The house rules were ridiculous long and extreme. Two whole A4 sheets of the rules and regulations to abide by.

Even though I travel all the time, this kind of inconvenience has not happened to me. After booking the accommodation on Booking, I was asked to pay a fee so that the accommodation would be valid. to the address and called the owner, who told me he would arrive in ten minutes, but he arrived after a full 45 minutes! Instead of entering the accommodation in the cold, he screamed that he had betrayed someone else and that I should look for somewhere else! Very incorrect! I was left alone, on the street in another city. Nevertheless, I found a hotel, but I will remember this bad experience for a long time. So avoid this accommodation!

Nothing. Owner is a scamer

The owner of apartment is a scammer, we booked whole apartment and there were more people in the apartment and the owner didnt told us about. We payed 260e and didnt get our money back even if we didnt even stay there.
