The mattress is 5cm thick, with a gap in the middle so it feels like sleeping on piece of wood. There is a nightclub outside, the noise from it and all the drunk people drinking and smoking making it impossible to sleep until 3-4am, largely due to no soundproofing which was false advertising. The positive reviews for this property must be from people in the room with no windows or they were so drunk they can sleep through the nightclub noise. Maybe the soundproofing was in the rooms with no windows. Where are we, Hong Kong? I got 4 hours sleep and to make it worse, when I woke up there was no hot water for a shower. What a nightmare. The owner or property manager, Peter, promised me a refund for the remaining three nights because I had to book another accomodation, somewhere I could actually sleep and have a hot shower. It was a lie. He stopped answering my questions on whatsapp and would not answer my calls, then I had to waste a lot of time with booking.com to find a proper resolution. In short, Peter should be ashamed of himself and he should not be working in hospitality or any other industry where building and maintaining a reputation is required. This property should be avoided at all costs until he is not working there anymore and the owner finds someone who can be trusted to treat their guests with respect, dignity and honesty.

At main street situated apartman. Old builded haus it should be more renovated at the elevator & around the floor. Ething is close to the apartman.

No warm water for hand wash. No big TV chanel choice in sleeping room. Flat was a bit cool.

Well-equipped kitchen, heat in the room, efficient Wi-Fi, very clean in the room, in the city center, close to everywhere. I can recommend this apartment for people traveling in a group

There is no information about the fact that there are also 3 other rooms in the apartment, where they are rented by strangers. I didn't feel comfortable not knowing who was in the next room

Excellent value for money, a fantastic location. A Genius level2 discount is available on the select rooms (12%) which was a good gesture. Clean rooms and good kitchen. Quiet people in the other rooms. I liked the idea of books and guest book in the common area. I started reading in the evening.

Many strict rules are to be followed regarding keys, kitchen, and camera surveillance by security regarding if you bring someone into the apartment. Many signs are displayed with long instructions to be followed on the wall.

Rude behavior of the owner. Didn’t understand the situation. I booked the stay for myself but after 2 days my friend had some issues and decided to stay. I was even ready to pay the surcharge. The owner illegally demanded 4 times the actual price in cash. Or to leave the place (at night 9:30pm)

Very nice AC in the room. Was staying there during early August when heat was intolerable outside. The ac in the room worked fantastic so could sleep really well.
