It was really nice it's a family business and they really care about the guests, will visit again next visit hopefully

The location was good with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We had breakfast included with the room and that was also a very hearty Western breakfast . The owners were very helpful and friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. There was also international TV channels which could be activated as per your request . Sureni was very helpful with this. There were some cute resident cats as well which stay in the lobby!

The bed felt abit small for a double room . The fan was also noisy.

The house owners (mom & daughter) were very friendly and pleased to serve the customers.

I have reserved two rooms for a family of 2 adults and 4 kids. Though, we got one room ready with two single beds at 1st floor upon our Arrival at the premises at 1.00 pm arround. And promissed to have the next one at the evening. So, we kept our baggages and left for our visits .upon our return we felt quite uncomfortable and surprised when we given the next room with 2 single beds at the 2nd floor., we as a family were expecting two adjacent rooms. After the negotiation we got an additional mattress to mange with it. The reason said was that the entire building was fully booked. I think it was a lack of arrangement from the staff as my booking was made prior to my arrival since a month ago. I hope that they will strictly rectify such mistakes to be not repeated in the future.

First of all room location is very useful for everyone. And hospitality very much smiley faces all over.

Room we can't find broom so little dust on the floor.and need more clean bathroom also.
