"Beautiful, serene environment in quality hotel"

Beautiful scenic and quiet location. Comfortable beds. About 10 minutes walk from warungs and a couple of small shops.

Many many steps to get to your room. If you have any mobility issues this would be a problem.

Très bien situé dans Sidemen, bon rapport qualité prix, une nouvelle très grande piscine vient d'ouvrir c'est très appréciable, petits déjeuners corrects. Personnel au petit soin.

Chambre familiale avec vue incroyable sur le Mont Agung et les rizières, confortable à part la chambre avec les 2 lits simples qui n'a pas de fenetre. Belle piscine (un peu vieillissante mais sympa). Personnel très gentil, nous a aidé à organiser les transferts avant et après notre passage.

Le restaurant est bon (mis a part les cocktails) mais manque un peu d'ambiance, c'est dommage

"Prachtig uitzicht en lief personeel"

De locatie was geweldig! Het uitzicht is prachtig. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was heel gevarieerd en goed. De massages waren ook top. De prijs was ook goed. Ook waren de familiekamers erg ruim met op beide kamers airco.

Veel insecten. Te weinig water op de kamer. Veel trappen. Bovenaan de trap gladde vloeren. Daardoor vond ik het minder kindvriendelijk.

- Location was excellent, very central - Rooms were spacious with balcony and an extra small room for clothes - Friendly staff - Comfortable bed

- My room was unfortunately not clean (insects on the floor, spiderwebs around the curtains, dirty bin, dirty bathroom mirrors, bread crumbs on the table) - The staff was friendly, but their competencies could be improved (English, speed, motivation) - Also, there was a lot of staff (maybe trainees?) and their tasks were not coordinated
