Wonderful woman who ran the property, she even gave me a cucumber from her garden to make a salad. The lovely garden was home to two turtles and cats! Everything was comfortable and clean and a quick walk to town or the park. Make sure you have cash to pay!!

There was no soundproofing. You could hear everything going on around the room.

Amazing host! Spoke german but it was not a problem .. the room is a bit small for 2 people but met the description so complains there .. walkable distance to krka national park entry and beautiful small town of Skradin is 5 minutes away

The shower water was smelling bad .. no free shower gel or shampoo

We made breakfast by ourselves but there was everything necessary.I mean,dish,a kettle,Suger.For such a price there is nothing to ask for.

No idea.It is not a center. The place is quiet and with max.vegetation.

The studio was very nice! We had a great time relaxing there and on the beautiful terrace! The owners were super nice.

Hosts are reliable and more-less polite

Whole Room was soaked in tobacco and cigarette odor, pillows, linens, courtains, blankets had a repugnant smell like some heavy smoker was there before us and it wasn’t properly cleaned. In addition, sewerage stinks to the point it woke us up during the night. I’m not even sure this issues are reparable how bad it was. And the noise.. sound wall is so bad you can literally hear other people conversations, chairs moving above your head, people walking up and down, Tv and shower of other rooms. Bathroom floor doesn’t adhere to hygiene standards and it seems you can easily get infected with fungus or bacteria. The only positive thing is firmness of bed which anyway you can’t get any rest on due to all the issues above mentioned so it just adds to frustration. This is not even a place for a sleepover
