Sunny House Free Parking

For one night - ok. Good equipment for such a small kitchen. But it is very nice!

Location. Right in front the arboretum and the plane tree, 25 min by car to Dubrovnik. Lady was kind. Free parking. The terrace was nice. The room was good for one night, clean and has the menage for cooking.

Missed a power strip with extra socket, to plug in the tv and encoder. When we booked it we thought one of the pictures would be our room, the pictures correspond to the rooms with balcony.

The location is good

The lack of basic services, treatment by the owner - she was mean and disrespectfull. I Ve never had any problems with any of my bookings before. I am still trying to process it

The room had a small kitchen and big balcony with see view, the owner is very friendly lady.

The place has a nive garden

The room was extremply dirty. The toilet was not cleaned from previous guests. I arrived with my family very tiered at this place and the owner was very rude. It was my firt time that i travel through booking to encounter such a wellcome from the owner.

Road a bit loud due to traffic

Nothing, only that I could sleep somewhere.

The staff, the old lady who is the owner, was so rude, we asked for a toilet paper roll and she said go buy it yourself. We asked if she could make us a coffee in the morning, one coffee, she got mad and started to talk about how we didn’t rent any drinks or coffe or toilet paper. In the morning when we had a flight at 7 am, she said that we need to clean everything up after ourselves, but that is her job. All the time she was just so rude and selfish. The other guests from Germany got treated like kings because they had a little more expensive room than us. Do not rent please, I swear it’s the absolute worst booking i’ve seen ever.

Great place to stay, near Dubrovnik, beautiful little walk down to the pier across the road! Sylvia treated us like family. Danke schön!

It was a very nice holiday flat and especially the staff was very friendly!

The room was perhaps a little too small, but that wasn't a big problem :)

The host is super nice and very accommodating

The unit is located next to a VERY busy road. (The main connection between Split and Dubrovnik). There is traffic 24/7 and a lot of noise from it.
