Spotless, clean and comfortable. Room has a microwave, a fridge, a kitchen sink and coffee maker with a generous supply of coffee. Spotless, new bathroom and bedroom design. A small clean and neat swimming pool outside. Our room had a little view of the sea in the distance (but only if you sat at a certain angle) . It was a comfortable stay. An old house immaculately offered. Not far (by car) from the zoo. Free car park.

When we walked down to the beach just a few hundred yards to walk, a huge derelict hotel blights the view. Not near any stores so you do need a car as mentioned in the description. Stony pebble beach used by divers for practice in a diving school on the quay.

L’établissement est d’un bon standing et trés confortable. Les propriétaires sont charmants, discrets et serviables. Tout est pensé pour que le calme et la tranquillité règnent. Nous avons trouvé le ressourcement que nous recherchions, Bouley bay est un des coins paisibles de l’île. Merci Richard pour vos bons soins. Bruno et Valérie

Tolle Lage mit Blick auf die Bucht und nur ein kurzer Fußweg zum morgendlichen schwimmen im Meer. Es gibt tolle Küstenwanderwege die direkt vom Haus gestartet werden können. Unser freundlicher Gastgeber gab uns zusätzlich gute Empfehlungen für Wanderungen und Ausflüge zum Beispiel zu den Austernbänken in La Rocque. Vielen Dank

Very well kitted out. All things for self catering very well thought through. Lovely location. Super breakfast provided for in the suite - fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, coffee, milk etc. Very nice touches. Would highly recommend. Hosts very pleasant.

stayed in a junior suite for about ten days. I was waiting for a call regarding a sports commitment, which in the meantime required relaxation and tranquility, as well as easy access to the sea. At Undercliff Guest House, I found everything I was looking for, plus the added bonus of surprising kindness from those who welcomed me. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, everything clean and fully functional. I wasn’t there for a vacation, but it was still a wonderful, comfortable, and restorative stay. From the property, there are at least a couple of trails that lead to exploring the coast, walks of several kilometers immersed in nature where birds of all kinds reign supreme. Go there, it’s beautiful.

L’accueil était charmant et très agréable, notre hôte aime son métier et apprécie que les gens se sentent bien. Le logement est un petit bijou à quelques pas de Bouley Bay. Il ressemble à une chapelle. La chambre a une petite vue sur la mer et on ne se lasse pas de la contempler. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment exceptionnel et riche : fruits, fromage blanc, muesli, gâteaux, fromage… Nous avons fait de belles balades sur le littoral que ce soit du côté de Bonne nuit Bay ou du côté de Rozel Bay. Les paysages sont exceptionnels. Il y a également une piscine chauffée à Undercliff. Bref tout est fait pour que vous passiez un merveilleux séjour.

Beautiful building and grounds. All very clean and rooms a good size for 2 people. Richard and Ida were the perfect hosts and were so lovely, making time for everyone. We are already looking forward to returning, hopefully next year. The boys loved having a pool to play/swim in, but the seating could be a bit more comfortable. The gardens are well kept, with a variety of levels and some amazing plants.

The shower door in room 2 will take your fingers off, if not careful. We had to put a folded towel over the door, so that the children’s fingers weren’t cut off.
