There are number of reasons: 1. We booked a taxi from airport to the hotel but hotel is not accessible by taxi and we had to get down around 2km away and had to request the hotel staff to pick us up 2. The room give to us -303 was on level 3 and there is no elevator. Not suitable For elderly people or families with kids. This was not clearly stated on booking.com 3. The worst part was toilet/bathroom, is just 1 square meter. Just a shower head installed in a toilet. Too small and Congested even to take a shower and no exhaust fan is there. 4. The rooms were listed as soundproof but the windows were too flimsy and sound was blasting through the windows. We could Not sleep until late midnight due to the noise from the surrounding buildings. 5. Finally, only 2 soaps and bath gel were available. No shampoo nor conditioner. 6. A door mat and towels Had to requested and they were not very clean. Not a good value for money and ended up my vacation with this hotel as a disaster. Shocked to see such hotel on booking.com

Location

Cleanliness and the food was good. The staff were humble and cooperative. The location is really good.

Nothing to dislike

Excellent location. Very close to the lake and attractions but in a quiet inner yard so no traffic noise. Basic but functional and clean room with good air conditioning
