Kayu Tua Villa

Location was ok although it was dark at night to walk to the town. The host was very friendly and let us leave the luggage after we checked out. There was a kitchen for your use and also socialise place to meet other vacationers. There was also a pool table. Nice add on :)

The room wasn’t cleaned and what was worst was that there was no duvets on bed sheets, which didn’t smell nice, didn’t seem to be changed after the previous guests. There was no hot water.

Very sweet host, clean and spacious room, good facilities. The area has plenty of restaurants and convenient stores. Overall a pleasant stay

Excellent central location in Ubud yet still back off the main roads enough to be it's own quiet sanctuary. Close to shops and restaurants with amazing and welcoming owners. Hot shower and an air conditoned dorm. Owners will arrange and suggest tours, bike hire and local walks for you if you're new to the region. Lovely breakfasts as well surrounded by a bit of nature in the midst of the town

The owner was very lovely lady! The room was basic but with Bali vibes. You can rent a scooter there. You will get towels there!

Maybe just cold shower, but I got use to it and it was fine

Good value for money, access to a spacious shared kitchen, quiet location but still not far from the main streets and beaches.

Hot water lasts maybe 1-2 minutes. The doors and windows of the room have openings hut there’s no mosquito net. The room was facing the pool and the common area so it would get quite loud sometimes.

Loved the pool, very clean room, staff were lovely
