"so much noise"

I was allowed in early. The host was helpful

A neighbor had a dog the barked nonstop while I was there. Noise carried through the walls. I could everything that was said in the apartment above me. One night a child in the apartment above me ran around banging things for hours. This lasted until well past midnight. It was so loud, I couldn't sleep even with the use of sleeping pills.
