Our bedroom was quite big en very clean

Rooms were clean and bedding was clean

We had to call around the place to try find someone to check us in. Tv remote didnt work. Only decaf coffee in the rooms. Literally only 1 sachet of each, powdered milk, decaf coffee and sugar. Bed was rock hard. The plug for hairdryer you literally have to move the fridge to try get to the plug. Despite us stipulating that our breakfast needs to be ready at 8am, our breakfast arrived at 8.30am and cold. Eggs Benedict was served on 2 slices of what they consider toast which was ever so slightly discolored and 1 slice ontop of the next. Eggs cold and hollaindaise sauce terrible. The building itself on the outside, including the wall is in desperate need of a paint. Not the best experience.

Swimming pool was so dirty, very 😔 bad I couldn't even swim 🥺🥹

Breakfast not good and the signage was not clear

They need to improve on theod breakfast, signage and pest control

Breakfast was well prepared. The garden had interesting plants to inspect. Room 6 was nice and spacious.

Room 1 was terrible with cockroaches, but they moved us out of the room asap and efficiently.
