Very helpful and polite staff. Classic style hotel with some interesting works of art. Would stay again

Room was perfectly adequate but no bedside lights and the main light was very bright

Location was perfect for our work. I did like the architecture and the old style building. I did like the ease of access, parking and cozy feeling of the establishment!

The elevator is rather far from the entrance, and you have to go through the restaurant to reach it. In order to have breakfast, you need to communicate in Spanish :) Morning traffic from locals makes it a bit hard to manage. In any case it is a basic breakfast per order. No not expect big variety but do expect local tastes and fair coffee.

The hostel could do with a little more attention to detail on arrival a little stale smell but it was clean, the room had a light dangling off the wall, no air conditioning.

My mother in law went to this city for a family meeting. The front desk helped us with booking! Thanks!

It was a little difficult to book a room and pre-pay for it. However , we received the assistance we needed.

bed was far to short for anyone over 5ft 8. ankles hanging out of the bed, I’m 6 ft talk. child bed.

Please have people there with a smile on their face. It seems that every client is too much for them. I don't speak Spanish well but I do speak Spanish with the locals and at that hotel, the personal simply had no patience for me. Shame. Never saw such a disgraceful person at the reception.
