Our host Mike was amazing, we got an incredible welcome from him and he was so helpful during our whole stay. He gave us everything we needed and more. Just fantastic! Our room was nice and spatious, clean and with a really nice balcony. The view was amazing.

It's a bit far into town (around 30-35 minutes walk) however if you rent a car or a moped its no issue. We walked around 25 minutes to a really nice beach (EOT) and it wasn't too bad. The nearest beaches are stone beaches, if you want sand you'll have to get a taxi.

Mike and his mother were such lovely hosts! They gave us awesome recommendations for beaches and restaurants. The place was in an amazing location, and they allowed us to check in early and check out late at no cost. Overall a great experience!

Unfortunately our bathroom wasn’t draining properly however, Mike had this fixed as soon as we raised it. Next, the Wi-Fi did not reach past the entrance of our room. Would recommend an extender be put in.

Mike is a great host, very nice and friendly, always ready to help. The accommodation is in a quiet location with a beautiful view of the sea. The shower is clean and the beds are comfortable. I definitely recommend it!

really great week experience, the room was cozy and with all the comforts. there is also a shared kitchen that you can use whenever you want. the bathroom really nice and comfortable, pay attention to the toilet paper. Mike was really kind, he made us feel at ease and helped us with the visit to Zakynthos, he was always very helpful with us! If we return to Zakynthos we will definitely stay in this structure again, we recommend it!

nothing to say, everything was perfect

Just a 30 min walk from Zante town, this property gave me tranquility and relaxation I had hoped for. Simple but comfortable room with all the amenities needed, but with a balcony that provides the most wonderful view to both sunrise and sunset. It was such a delight waking up and watching the colours of the sky change from pitch black to blue, flooded with the most vibrant orange colours from the sun rising. There's a cute café just 5 mins (uphill) away, offering similarly lovely views, and amazing Baklava! There's a small semi-private beach just 5 mins down the road that I only ever shared with two other people - serene. Lastly, Mike went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and was comfortable. Greek hospitality at its finest, even after check-out - Mike was so kind, and drove me to the airport in the evening. Thank you so much for everything, Mike! My four days on Zakynthos were just beautiful!

We had the best of the welcomes that I’ve ever experienced. Mike is in fact, a 20/10 host. He was attentive at any time needed. Furthermore, room was very clean and had incredible views to the sea. Our stay in Zakinthos couldn’t have been better.
