The bed was relatively comfortable. There's an Android TV. The manager is kind and friendly.

The room does not correspond at all to the photos provided on Booking. When I mentioned it to the manager, she told me that "it's because the photos are 4 years old"...!!! Not related to the subject. I paid for a Deluxe room to have a larger, quieter and better quality room, I was provided with a room where I can hear everything that happens one floor down and especially at the reception. But no matter where you are in the hotel, you can hear all the noise because it is extremely poorly insulated. On the app, it is mentioned that the room is 13m², which is false. It is 8 or 9m². The maintenance men make noise from 6am in the morning, we can hear them talking, we can hear the music on their phones, the noise they make in the corridors. Many guests are extremely loud and don't care if they wake other people up. Very disrespectful. You can hear the air conditioning from the next room. No matter where you are in the hotel, you can hear the noise because it is extremely poorly insulated. There's no window, no bed table, poor lights you can't turn off from the bed, and only 2 outlets in the room. The air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted in the first room i was. I changed for another one. The paint on the walls is peeling. I was provided with ridiculously small towels to shower with (hand towels). I asked for toilet paper, I was told I could go buy some... The shower is worn out and full of limescale, so the water hardly flows. There's no sink in the bathroom. At least the manager was very kind, but can't help because it's not her hotel.
