It's great value for money, the room is always clean, good facilities and complimentary wine and snacks is a good bonus!

The price, the self entry, the.tea making facilities.

The mould in the bathroom, the soft mattress, the brushed cotton bedlinen, the thin curtains, the rickety furniture.

The location that was not too far from the central area with 30min of bus you are there. The kitchen was large.The tenants that live in this flat are friendly but the one in my floor kept the TV too loud until late, the TV was the only decent thing in the room.

If I could have rared 0 I would have. The bed has a mattress so old that my back was sore for sleeping there 7 nights unfortunately for me, you can feel the spring in the back, really uncomfortable if you need to sleep on it more than 1 night, the curtains are of very light white fabric so at soon as the sun is out the whole room is bright and they are unhinged in some parts, the room was not cleaned, the carpet and sheets dirty from the last person, I had to change the sheets and all of them they smell of dump as he leaves the laundry wet in the washing machine there for days, from the Sat I went to open it and offload it on the Monday otherwise things would have still been there, the sheets were smelling terrible and the shower doesn't have a proper hot water system, has this electric thing that you need to select hot and the number but then it only lasts for 20sec and then comes cold again so was impossible to shower there and there is no staff that comes to clean it, it is left to the tenants that live there to clean after themselves but there is no flat cleaning and no cleaners that come to clean or check and the owner is not on top of things and doesn't care at all about the flat and you can see it in everything in the flat, it is all old and rundown and needs general maintenance and upkeep, it was my worst accommodation choice,not worth it the price at all, he charges 35 a night but it is max worth it 15£ for how bad the quality is, it is dirty and the sheets smell so bad that you would think they have been taken from a skip for how much they smell of dump, it is another of this bad choices you do when you book something late, I defenetly do not recommend it. Stay away from this place, do not book here as you will waste your money and health. If you are looking for somewhere clean and comfortable where to sleep that at least has a decent bed, a decent shower and sheets clean, this is not the place.

Communication with the host was good. I was explained everything in detail, no issues there.

Bed sheet was not changed, mattress was uncomfortable and other house mates did not bother to clean the washroom and did not respect someone else was in the house, they were loud
