"if there was hot water and a warmer bathroom it would of been great for the price and would of used again"

it was clean and tidy bed was comfy and the room was warm nice tv once we worked out all the apps

there was no hot water and bathroom always seemed cold

The place is spacious. It's a good neighbourhood, easy to access for newcomers in the city. It's all decent, owners are kind and ensure the customer is fine.

The hot water temperature might need a little adjustment up. Those who aren't used to cold UK temperature would prefer a much hot water temperature to bath. But still 7/10 for that.
