No Ac service...owners charges extra 600 for AC No geyser...to operate Beds are not comfortable Fan sound terrible when kept on full swing Full of mosquitoes No basic amenities...just a room not a home stay..a hall with two beds and wash room...nothing else...

Excellent location if you’re looking for a short stay to experience the back waters / central shops, fresh banana chips as well as catch ferries or have close access to the bus stop. The bus stop is just across the bridge so if you’re planning on heading their with a suitcase after hours (between 9-6am) then better to arrange a rickshaw in advance. Jose gave me some useful tips about that. He is a warm & welcoming host & was very calm and helpful. He arranged my canoe boat trip to an authentic village which was great value for money. Despite him feeling unwell he still checked in on me. Hope he feels better soon. My room had a working fast fan also UK friendly plug points. There is hot water which is powered by solar panels. Very nice to wash my hair with hot water after going without for so long. Bring your own soap and towels.

I like everything about this homestay. We spend 2 nights there.. and our stay was very comforting. Location is perfect.... walk for only 2 mins and you will be on the backwater boating zone. More 10 min walk and u will be in the main market. The vibe of this house was so good.. and also the owner. I will highly recommand this.
