Rien du tout c’était horrible

Avant même d’arriver à l’hôtel, je les avais contacté 1 semaine avant car j’avais des requêtes à faire. Je n’ai jamais eu de retour de leur part. Ça annonçait déjà la couleur. Nous sommes arrivés après 20mn de marche car l’hôtel est à l’autre bout de l’île. Nous avons été accueillis par personne étant donné que tout le monde est constamment allongé et rivés sur leur téléphone. Nous n’avons pas pu faire de Check in à proprement parlé car soit disant « ça ne marchait pas ». Ensuite on nous amène à notre chambre. Que fut notre grande surprise quand il n’y avait pas de draps en plus de la couette qui je pense n’est pas lavée entre chaque client mais en plus que notre drap de matelas avait une immense tache de sang. Nous avons demandé à changé les draps et à avoir un draps par dessus la couette mais il n’y avait apparement « plus de draps disponible » vu le personnel je pense qu’on parle juste de flemme. Les serviettes de plage avaient des taches marrons on aurait dit qu’elles n’avaient jamais été lavées. Et nos 2 serviettes de douches avaient un immense trou. Le tapis de douche se rapprochait plus du marron que du vert couleur originale. Le petit dej est infâme nous n’avions jamais mangé des fruits qui n’avaient pas le goût de fruit et du chocolat qui avait le goût de tout sauf du chocolat. On faisait tout pour fuir l’hôtel. Le personnel n’est pas du tout accueillant et est constamment sur le téléphone à longueur de journée, nous n’osions pas demander des choses car on avait l’impression de les soûler. Ça nous a clairement gâché notre voyage. Ah et aussi à ajouter qu’il n’y a pas demander service de ménage, pour un hôtel c’est quand même étrange. Nous avons donc pris la décision d’écouter notre voyage et de partir plus tôt. Évidemment quand nous sommes partis il n’y avait personne à l’accueil, ça reflète clairement le manque d’implication et de professionnalisme de la part de tous les membres de cet « hotel ». Franchement n’y allez jamais

Breakfast was good. Location good, less busier than other side of island. Relaxing private place. Good eating places close by.

Aircon didn’t work on 4th day but they did offer another room, I asked for a fan which was fine.

Didn't have the breakfast but had several meals from the restaurant. They were good not outstanding but ok. The room was spacious and comfortable. Good bed, excellent airconditioner small fridge and large bathroom. Great curtains real blockout ones. Nice grounds and pool. Friendly staff. Great location.

I was there several days. I did not have bath towels for 2 days, I had to ask for them after being told they were at the laundry. The room was not cleaned or serviced the whole time I was there. The room could do with a mop everyday as sand is walked in off the brick paths. Only get bottled water the first day. The staff are all young and have not had enough training in the basics of running guest accomadation, they could be wearing distinctive tshirts so you know if they are associated with the place. The bar staff, front office etc. perhaps name tags too. The gardens could do with some attention, mow the grass and whipper snippet around the trees. The walls are thin between the joined units. You can clearly hear any amorous behaviour going on next door! More Rubbish bins outside in a couple of places. The bathroom needed some attention. The toilet leaking water badly. The toilet cistern took ages to full up after it was flushed. One of the bedside lights did not have a plug on the end of it so could not be used. The electric needed a good clean inside it. The mattress needs a mattress protector on it. Two soft pillows as well as two large firm ones would be good.

I originally booked Pandan Bungalow for three nights, but unfortunately I had to leave after the first night. I arrived after a very long day of travel that had started at 5 am, followed by a lengthy journey to the island. My first impression of the property was positive — the place looked charming, well-maintained, and conveniently located. However, once night came, I discovered that the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. Despite being exhausted, I couldn't sleep at all because the room remained uncomfortably hot throughout the night. The next morning, I raised the issue with the manager, but my concerns were largely dismissed, as I was told that the air conditioning was working. To their credit, I was offered another room, and I genuinely hoped the problem would be resolved because the property itself seemed lovely. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the second room was just as ineffective. At that point, I had no choice but to find alternative accommodation. This was quite stressful, as spending part of my holiday searching for a new place to stay was not how I had planned to spend my time. I also found it difficult to obtain a refund for the unused nights, which added further frustration to the experience. While the property has a lot of potential and may suit some travelers, my stay was significantly impacted by the lack of effective air conditioning and the way the issue was handled.

Near to the beach, all the staff are friendly, staff in the restaurant Fahrul, Raden,Samsul and Yeni, also the staff house keeping Awan, Eric and others are very friendly

The bungalow from the wood I think need to renovate also the bathroom little bit old also the air conditioner need to change because sometime its cold and sometimes it’s hot, I hope the owner give little bit attention so in the future pandan bungalow more bright☺️
