We arrived on november the 5th for 2 nights. We are 10 people for 6 rooms. We had no fridge, no kettle, no water and even no towels in some rooms. Then we had drinks and the diner at the hotel. It took almost 2 hours to get what we ordered and one plate after the other meaning that each of us has eaten its food alone. The plate (the quantity) was really small ; fir instance 4 french frites !!!!! They did not precuse the price of the barbecue fish and then invoice us 200k !!!! We are very disappointed by the service. We were there to celebrate the birthday of my son and my daughter. We have ordered a lot of drinks and food ( not good) and we have not got even any commercial gesture. We won't recommend it to someone else.

Very nice property with beach within a couple feet

We did eat one night at the restaurant right in front and we had a group of 10 and we all got our food one by one and after about two hours everybody had finally got there food but half the people already finished we had two separate bills an they accidentally tried to charge us twice and we got a little annoyed because we had already waited over two hours for food I understand there was 10 people but after telling them they overcharged and showing our frustration they got annoyed and raised there voice at us even though in the end it was correct

The place is very beautiful, there is a pool and lots of plants, right in front of the beach. Super comfy bed and the rooms and bathrooms are great! The people working there were super sweet and kind and it all felt very peaceful! They have a restaurant on the beach, feet on the sand while you eat, looking out at the cristal water which I loved. Breakfast was very complete and delicious. I also had dinner there and it was so yummy! The place is 5min walk from the Turtle point, where I had a beautiful snorkel. I didn't have to go far to see some turtles and swim with them. You really only just need a mask and tuba there no tour needed to see turtles ❤️

El personal muy atento y pendiente de nosotras en todo momento. La ubicación es perfecta, en primera línea de playa y cerca de la zona comercial y restaurantes.
