Decent room, great location with good places to eat nearby.

Air conditioning not working at all. Clogged bathroom drain. No available lockers for us to use after being told that we could use them.

Posizione centrale: il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. Bisogna però tenere presente che al ritorno c’è una salita piuttosto impegnativa. Molto comodi i locker per lasciare gli zaini se si arriva prima dell’orario di check-in.

Non ci è piaciuto il fatto che la sera, fino a tarda notte, ci fossero spesso persone nella via sotto la nostra finestra che urlavano e facevano rumore, rendendo difficile dormire. Probabilmente questo è dovuto anche agli infissi piuttosto vecchi o non ben isolati acusticamente. L’assenza della finestra in bagno comporta l’utilizzo di una ventola di aerazione, che però non è molto potente. Inoltre, il secondo giorno si sono dimenticati di lasciarci le salviette piccole per viso e capelli.

I really liked that is in the center of Lisbon and the bed was made everyday by someone along with new mini samples for the shower gel/shampoo and toilet paper.

I didn’t like the fact that we didn’t have any soap or any placeholder for our toothbrushes. Also we didn’t have a mini fridge or some kitchen stuff like a fork or a cup\glass. The apartment has very thin walls so if you have view where the street is, you will hear everyone talking/singing/screaming at night especially Friday/Saturday night when the party start and this will finish around 3-4 am. Also the walls are very dirty. Usually I don’t care about it so much but here it was very visible that the walls and the rug was dirty in the main room but also in the bathroom.
