Owner is fabulous! She was very responsive to our needs/requests.

Room was facing a busy road, but the owner gave us ear plugs so we could sleep and they worked!

In general it exceeded my expectations as I expected a bit less for a bed & breakfast. The staff was super helpful and kind. The location was very convenient. The breakfast was good! Also the wifi. They even let us use a shower hours after we checked out, as we were traveling back at night and toured all day.

Centrally located hotel. Nice staff. Decent rooms.

Zero noise isolation. Lights from the hallway and next door bathroom.

The people here are super friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome, almost family...

I had a very nice stay, the rooms are spacious, the bed very comfortable, the shower was hot with very good pressure plus all the staff is always smiling and ready to help. It's was a very good place to stay in Ayacucho. Right in the center, location was perfect, thanks Sra. Nieves and all the nice people working there .

The best part of this place was the excellent location to nearby stores and the main square, which was only 4 blocks away. The room was comfortable and the shower had hot water. All in all I recommend staying here.
