Master accommodation suite 7 sea view

Good location.

Wasn’t what we expected

The view was stunning the male staff members was amazing my back had gone and he carried my suitcase up the stairs

Only had clean towels on the day we arrived so the the rest of the the holiday had to re use the same towels

Lovely clean and well appointed double room on second floor. Ideally located for the seafront and the Old Town with all it's amenities.

The bathroom was very modern and clean but the sink was very small and the shower design meant the floor got very wet but not a major issue.

Room was really lovely. Bed was super comfortable.

The room was lovely and the staff, especially Ray were brilliant. But Unfortunately, access to Netflix and Amazon Prime was not working . So only had a few Freeview channels to choose from, such as Doc Martin and tipping point, Which isn’t great when you spend almost £100 on a room for one night.

Excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed, nicely decorated , very clean and a nice view. Very friendly and helpful staff downstairs made check in simple.

The only things that detract from this property are 1. the very thin walls that meant the full blown domestic argument at 1am in the adjacent room was heard word for word, and the door slamming actually shook the bed! We are heavy sleepers so don’t usually comment on the sound unless it’s excessive. Nothing the letters can do about loud guests to be honest.The traffic noise was expected due to the location, and wasn’t an issue. 2. The narrow stairs might be an issue if you have large cases, but again not a problem for us. 3. The price was a bit higher than similar properties, if you factor in no breakfast, but as it was Mardi Gras weekend so that was kind of acceptable.

Great location in the old town with views of the sea. Easy access and check in. Very clean and modern bathroom with an excellent shower and comfy bed. Very quiet, didn't hear anyone else in the apartment block and no noise on the main street.

The bathroom would have benefited from a shelf near the sink and in the shower as there wasn't anywhere to put your toiletries. Also some coat hooks on the back on the doors and the wifi details. All very minor and would definitely stay there again.
