Wanted to go back to bed for 1 hour before i left but work man in room above me hammering. But apart from that all good.😀

The property is central with plenty of parking. Very short walk to local pubs and to the ocean. We watched the sunset from the pier which was gorgeous. We had a large room with en-suite. The beds were clean, well made and there were tea and coffee facilities. The shower was hot with good water pressure in the evening. Although no hot water from the tap in the morning. Check in and out was easy. We missed breakfast so can’t comment. The street was noisy (Tuesday night booking) in the early hours but there was no noise heard from the pub. Overall this is a fine place to rest your head for the night and you aren’t bothered by a light room or noise.

Bathroom smells damp and had visible mildew on the toilet. Lack of plug sockets, particularly by the kettle- using a kettle on the floor is not really acceptable. Breakfast is served 08:30-10:00, this was too late for us as we wanted to get on the road. Felt a little cheated by this as we had book ‘bed and breakfast’ would expect breakfast to start earlier. It is not stated on the booking.com page what time breakfast is served or give an option to reduce the rate and not have breakfast. Curtains are basically see through so the room was light for a lot of the evening and then early in the morning due to the sunny weather.
