"disappointing"

Breakfast was good

Room needed painted. Wind howled through window in en suite - bedroom could not be warmed. We were given an electric heater to try to help. No hot running water to wash hands or shave - had to boil kettle. There was an electric shower but did not seem to work for any length of time.

The location and staff are first class and the breakfast were fantastic..

Our Room very cold (in the basement) and it never really heated up at all over our 2 night stay. We also had no hot water after the first night, shower and taps were cold, not even luke warm.

The staff where amazing, friendly and easy to talk with, the the room was clean, a bit of an issue with the shower, but other wise it was great, o and a fantastic breakfast 😁, and there is parking out the back with it great
