Ottima posizione, condizionatore, frigorifero e macchina del caffè indispensabili. Grande parcheggio. Sono presenti 2 grandi tazze con il loro piattino, 1 coltellino e 2 tazze piccole, le cialde del caffè sono 2. La responsabile ci ha dato possibilità di lasciare le valigie prima del check in, molto apprezzato.

La pulizia è totalmente da rivedere, vicino alla cassaforte, per terra, ci sono ragnatele e batuffoli di polvere (non sono allergica perciò non l’ho fatto presente) il wc ancora sporco dai precedenti clienti. La responsabile dovrebbe passare ogni tanto per vedere come vengono preparate le camere prima che i clienti arrivino, per rendersi conto. La cosa che mi ha fatto rimanere più male è che ho fatto presente del wc sporco alla donna delle pulizie, chiedendole dei prodotti per pulire in quanto l’avrei fatto io stessa ma lei è venuta con un asciugamano sporco a dare una strofinata al wc. Ovviamente pipì e schizzi di deiezioni secchi non sono andati via e lei non aveva i prodotti per pulire i sanitari. Ho comprato candeggina e disincrostante gel al market li vicino e ho pulito il wc, per poterlo utilizzare. La titolare aveva detto che mi avrebbe rimborsato il primo giorno, ma non ha mantenuto la parola.

The location was great, not far from the beach. There was a couple of supermarkets very close by , also nice bars and restaurants within a few 100 meters. The room had Air-con, a large fridge, and a walk in shower.

The room was much smaller than we expected, we judged from the photos rather than working out the square meters. There wasn't very much storage for clothes, we were staying 9 nights and struggled for space. There was only a coffee maker for hot water, which we did manage with , but a kettle would have been preferred. There was little in the way of crockery, 2 small cups and 2 large glassses. Oh and a small knife!! We soon realised we had misjudged our booking and it wasn't a self catering apartment. The balcony wasn't really usable , the chairs were very old and the fold up wooden type the balcony was so small your arms touched the railings. Unfortunately there were covered in a grapevine and full of spiders, and very dusty. There was no space to hang towels, so had to lay them across the table and chairs. Also the view from the balcony wasn't great, overlooking apartments close by. We were also disappointed in the garden as we expected them to be beautiful and in our opinion this wasn't true. We contacted the owner re keeping the room on on our leaving day , or somewhere to store cases. They were very prompt in replying, we were unable to keep the room as it was booked up, but were were given a place to store our cases which was very useful. All in all, once we settled in and overcame our initial disappointment. We had a fabulous holiday . We stayed in room 5, and didn't see inside any of the other rooms. So our review doesn't reflect how any other room is. I also don't think these rooms should be advertised as suites, ours was a junior suite ? A bed, a stool and an old wooden chair .

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άρτια εξοπλισμένο με τα απαραίτητα, πεντακάθαρο και όμορφα διακοσμημένο. Η περιοχή όπου βρίσκεται είναι αρκετά ήσυχη, λίγα μέτρα από την ακτή όπως και λίγα μέτρα από τον πεζόδρομο με αρκετές επιλογές φαγητού. Η όλη διαδικασία του check-in/out ήταν πολύ εύκολη και απλή. Τέλος, ο οικοδεσπότης είναι δίπλα σου για ότι χρειαστείς, σημαντικό όταν δεν υπάρχει reception. Ευχαριστούμε Tanya!

Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι ενώ το κατάλυμα παρέχει ιδιωτικό πάρκιγνκ, τα βράδια πολλές φορές ήταν γεμάτο με αμάξια (περισσότερα από τα δωμάτια που έχει το κατάλυμα) με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να παρκάρεις ή να αναγκαστείς να κλείσεις το αμάξι κάποιου άλλου.

L’emplacement était super ! Le ménage était fait tous les jours ! L’endroit était agréable !

Le lit est en mauvais état, on ressentait tous les ressorts. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié qu’il y ait Netflix sur la télé. Dommage que cela ne fonctionnait plus les 3 derniers jours…

Internet The Wi-Fi was one of the biggest challenges. Connection was highly unreliable, especially on phones. Messaging apps such as WhatsApp/Telegram took a long time to connect, and the signal frequently dropped. Interestingly, streaming via the in-room television worked more consistently. Tanja kindly tried to help, though there was little improvement. A stronger solution, such as Starlink, could make a significant difference given the island’s limited provider options. Room Spacious but came with a number of issues. -Furniture was heavily stained, with the white couch showing mold spots and main carpet with stain marks. Surfaces on night stand and bathroom stained. -The main entry light switch did not control any lights, making the room quite dark overall. -Bathroom door opens directly into the toilet/shower area; a sliding door would be better. -Walls were thin, so hallway and neighboring-room noise carried easily. -Balcony was very small, and because of rain, it remained wet and essentially unusable. Housekeeping -Daily refresh was minimal (we never put the DND sign): large waste was removed, but floors were not swept regularly, surfaces not wiped and dust accumulated. We had a 10-day stay, refreshed linens/towels happened every 4 days as mentioned in their guide. -Carpet and lamps were dusty; the headboard was also a dust collector that hadn’t been cleaned. -Under the bed, we discovered old waste and dust, as well as wood planks laid below the weak mattress. After informing Tanja, the area was cleaned, but the bed structure itself remained the same. -A shower mat was provided mid-stay, then unexpectedly removed during the next refresh and not replaced. Amenities -Nespresso machine was a nice, but only 2 capsules were provided for the entire 10-day stay. -The safe was not bolted down, which didn’t inspire much confidence in its security. -Dishware wasn’t spotless: some glasses showed marks or traces from previous guests.
