Nice place to stay. Cozy, clean, cheap, nice owner.

The location is a bit off the center and the shower is Georgian style.

Cozy nice place in a quiet area.. nice kitchen and Spacey living room 40 min walk from train station and 30 min walk from the main bus station. If you don't want to walk or is rainy, for 4-5 lari you can take a Bolt car. The center is 15-20 min away

The place was clean, our room spacious and comfortable. Great common area where you'll find every equipment you need, you even have some guitars and a piano at your disposal if you feel like playing. The host was as discreet as he was helpful; he waited for us until 2am at the airport and still took the time to show us nearby stores and a tour of the guest's place, despite his obvious - and shared - tiredness. Do not hesitate to bring him chocolate.

I was there the second time, the owners are really friendly, the room is clean and looks nice. Great place to stay!

Only thing that I liked about the property was the room. we stayed. It seemed clean and it was air conditioned.

We did not meet a host at all, we contacted through the phone. Somebody opened a door for us, did not even say hello( Even though we are Georgians 🇬🇪)gave us keys, showed the room and left. We stayed there for 2 nights and nobody said hello or goodbye when we entered or left. I think Nobody even noticed that we were there.
